Want a 100-person tent? Here's the size you want

When holding a large event, most people are distressed about the size of the tent. In fact, different activities need to correspond to different sizes. For example, the ball, in addition to some simple tables and chairs, the most important thing is a large space for people to dance, so the size needs will be greater. A wedding, for example, is about everyone being able to sit at the table. This article gives some typical examples to help you save time.

1The "standing only" space requirements are usually 2-4 square feet per person. But we still think it's going to be very tight. For example, if you have 100 guests and only need standing room, you will need a tent that is about 200 to 400 square feet. Most articles on the Internet will mention this common practice, but as an experienced company, I think it is too small. You can only squeeze 100 people into a 20ft x 10ft or 20ft x 20ft tent, which is not my first choice. In order to make the

Recommended size: 20 feet x 40 feet

2 Rectangular tables are better than round ones because they don't require much space. Because you can reduce costs by buying a smaller size tent without sacrificing adequate coverage. The 8-foot rectangular table can seat 8-10 people. This means that to seat 100 people, we need 12-13 tables. (100 people / 8 people per table = 12.5 tables). Now the question is, what size tent can you fit 12-13 tables in? Up to 12 rectangular tables can be placed under a 20ft x 40ft tent. You can go that way, but that doesn't leave much room. Or you can use a 30ft x 45ft tent for extra space to move around. If you only need seating space (such as to watch a game live), then 20 feet x 40 feet is sufficient. But for a good user experience, you're better off with a 30 'x 45' tent.

Recommended tent size: 20 feet x 40 feet (for maximum seating) or 30 feet x 45 feet (for more comfortable seating)

What if you plan to need more space for other things? It all depends on your activity.

However, there is a fairly simple trick to consider. The 40ft x 40ft tent measures 1,600 square feet and is essentially two 20ft x 40ft tents put together. So, if we can fit 16 round tables (or 24 rectangular tables) in a 40ft x 40ft tent, but we just want to add a dance floor, then it's easy. We just need to double the size of the tent to 40 feet x 60 feet. However, now we want to add a dance floor and a buffet area for serving food and drinks. No problem. We just need to increase the size of the tent by 20 feet. This means you now need to consider a 40ft x 80ft tent. The general rule of thumb here (depending on your own requirements) is that for every major space requirement required, increase the tent size by one. For example, adding a dance floor increases the tent size by one. Add buffet and bar, tent size increases by one. Add a live band, increase the tent size by one, etc.

Recommended tent size: 40 feet x 60 feet or 40 feet x 80 feet, depending on how much "extra" space you need.

Ofcourse,in addition to size, there are some factors worth noting:

1. No one wants to spend too much time setting up a tent, right? We have also noticed this over the years, so we now design and manufacture tents that are as easy to install as possible, in order to strictly control the installation time for most activities and do not interfere with others.

2. We don't want our clients to be held back by tent damage during a tight event. In our previous dealings with customers, we realized that the durability of the tents is very important. Large events are often held in the open air, subject to strong winds, heavy rain and ultraviolet light, and are likely to be used frequently.
